The death toll has risen to 19, more than 40 civilians have been injured in Azerbaijan's Barda city.

According to Azerbaijan Prosecutor General's Office, 19 civilians have been killed, over 40 people have been wounded as a result of the missile attack carried out on October 28 at around 13:00 o'clock on the area with the high density of people and where trade facilities are located by the Armenian armed forces using cluster bombs prohibited by international law.

The civil infrastructure and vehicles in the city have been seriously damaged.
